Approach
Our foundation is rooted in Strength and Conditioning but we’ve evolved into focusing on the longevity in our sport. Our main objective is to create the strongest version of our athletes, and keep them the healthiest version of themselves, so that they can compete at the highest level for longer. Most other programs offer quick, temporary gains but are often followed by huge setbacks due to injury, overuse, and lack of movement variety. After being involved with CrossFit and competitive sports for most of our lives, we have learned first hand what works and what only looks good on paper.

Mixing high skill work with strength training steadily over time leads to a greater linear progression of our athletes. A defined focus on recovery will ensure our athletes are able to sustain progress, strength, and performance.
We will work with each athlete individually by setting smart, achievable goals, and ensure the programming will work for them. There will be tons of movement variety so prepare to work hard, have fun, and rise to the occasion while becoming the fittest version of you for as long as possible!
