Competitive Master’s
Programming
Whether you are a weekend warrior or skilled CrossFitter, this program will help you increase your overall strength, gymnastic skills, and cardiovascular endurance. Workouts will be designed to gradually develop your fitness abilities, helping you to safely achieve results and meet specific goals. Expect olympic/power lifting, “classic” style CrossFit Metcons with functional body building, prehab/injury prevention, and unilateral accessory work within the sessions. Remember, we want to keep you strong, healthy, and balanced, and with heavy variety, we will keep you pushing past your plateaus and keep you competing at the highest level!
